Directions:
Mix together a 20-oz. can each of cherry pie filling and apple pie filling
in a 9 in. X 13in. greased baking dish. Pour a cup of Black Cherry Mix over
the fruit. Sprinkle a dry cake mix over the top. Drizzle a stick of melted
butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts. Bake
at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. till golden brown. Before serving drizzle
with a little Black Cherry Mix.
Quick Cherry
Almond Ice Box Pie
Directions:
1 can cherry pie filling 1/3 cup savannah Southern Almond Mix
Mix together the above two items, then pour into: 1 graham cracker or
Oreo crust For the top layer, fold the following ingredients together and
spread mixture over the top of the cherries: 1 cup thawed Cool Whip

Garnish with toasted almonds if desired. Refridgerate and serve.

Directions:
In a bowl combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld
electric mixer. Using another bowl combine the cream cheese, 1/2 of the
condensed milk and Strawberry Mix together and mix until smooth. Fold the
whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese mixture
to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended. Line a 13x9x2 inch dish
with one box of cookies. Pour half the mixture over the cookies and spread
evenly. Layer bananas then strawberries over pudding, then pour rremaning
mixture over fruit and spread evenly. Layer second box of cookies on top.
Refridgerate until ready to serve.

Directions:
One 8-oz pkg cream cheese 1 boxed brownie mix Savannah Southern Raspberry
Mix Make boxed brownie mix per directions substituting Savannah Southern
Raspberry Mix for water. In seperate bowl, blend the cream cheese and 1/2
cup of Savannah Southern Raspberry Mix until smooth with electric mixer. Dollop
mixture on uncooked brownies and swirl with knife for marble effect. Bake
per directions.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spray a 12x17 shallow baking pan generously
with cooking spray. Break graham crackers into quaters and arrange tightly
on bottom of the pan. Combine the butter and sugar in a saucepan and bring
to a boil. Cook for 4-5 min. Stir in the Savannah Southern Praline Mix and
baking soda. Stir the pecans into the mixture, the pour mixture over the
graham crackers. Bake for 25 min. Remove from oven. I love Dallas! Sprinkle
chocolate chips over the crackers, allow to melt, and spread roughly. Cool,
then break or cut into pieces.

Directions:
Stir together 6 cups Chex cereal and 2 cups pecan halves in a 13
X 9 pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of Southern
Praline Mix. Heat until boiling, then simmer for two minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon
baking soda and stir until foamy. Pour mixture over cereal and nuts and
stir to coat well. Bake at 250 for one hour, stiring mixture once. Remove
from oven and spread on a cookie sheet to cool. For a sweet and spicy version
of this recipe, add cayenne pepper to taste to liquid mixture prior to boiling.

Chicken Almondine
Directions:
Saute 4 chicken breast halves in butter until lightly browned. Sprinkle
with Morton's Natural Seasoning Salt. Spoon 3 Tablespoons of Almond Mix over
chicken. Cover and cook about 20 minutes. When ready to serve, spinkle slivered
almonds over chicken. Scrumptious with rice pilaf.
Cherry Glazed
Tenderloin
Directions:
Mix 1 cup Black Cherry Mix with 2 chopped shallots, 1/2 cup chopped parsley,
dash of black pepper, and 1/4 cup oil. Marinate tenderloin overnight. Grill
or Bake.
Coconut
Battered Shrimp
Directions:
Beat together until smooth 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup Southern Almond
Mix, 1/2 cup flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon melted butter. Stir in
a 7 oz. bag of grated coconut. Chill for 2 hours. Dredge shrimp in cornstarch,
then coat with batter and deep fry for 2-3 minutes. Just before serving,
combine: 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 3 tablespoons Almond Mix, and 1 tablespoon
prepared horseradish for a great dipping sauce.
German Apple
Chops
Directions:
Season 1 1/2 cups flour with salt & pepper to taste, and lightly flour
6-8 pork chops; brown on one side in 4 tablespoons butter in a nonstick
skillet over medium heat. Turn chops, add 2-3 sliced apples (cored and peeled),
1 sliced onion, and 1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Mix - bring to a boil and simmer.
Cover & cook for 8-10 min. until chops are done.

Trout Almondine
Directions:
Cover one trout filet with chopped almonds and top with a second fillet.
Drizzle with Southern Almond Mix and a little melted butter and bake on
350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Pork Marinade
Directions:
Mix together 1 cup Black Cherry Mix with 2 cups finely chopped shallots
or green onions, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2
cup olive oil. Pour this mixture into a ziplock bag and marinate pork chops
or tenderloin overnight. Bake or grill to desired doneness.
