This box figurine features three menacing sharks circling a shipwreck. The unfortunate diver, having discovered a
treasure chest, is now trapped inside. The remains of another diver lie beneath the hull. Peter’s mouse appears
inside the barrel on the deck. The name of the boat, “Tincat I,” is an anagram for Titanic. The boat was painted
brown on the first 990, after which it was changed to a natural bleached colour. In September 1996, the sharks’
fins and tails were shortened slightly. Hallmarks include ©, diamond, clock face with month 4, HBC logo, and Pc.
